1 - What is "Activity" tap for?

1- Navigate to https://everlastportal.com/

2- Click “Activity”

3- you will be able to see all user’s activities and posts.

4- on the top you will be able to create new post add media and share with other employees.

5- Click “POST UPDATE” to share your post with otheres.

6- Click “Comment” to add comment and share media in comments

7-Click “POST” to share your comment.

8-Click “Delete” to delet your comment or post.

2 - What is "Events" tap for?

1- Navigate to https://everlastportal.com/

2- Click “Events”

3- Click “Calender / Events List” to check new events that we will have in the future

3 - What is "News" tap for?

1- Navigate to https://everlastportal.com/

2- Click “News”

3- Now page will show and this page including new news and updates.

3 - What is "Google Drive" tap for?

1- Navigate to https://everlastportal.com/

2- Click “Google Drive”

3- You will see everything in your drive and shared with you.

4- After you click on “My Drive” you will see all content.

3 - What is "External Links" tap for?

2- Click “External Links”

3- You will see all needed links to your work..

1- How to login.

  • 1- Navigate to https://everlastportal.com/wp-login.php
  • 2- Click the "Username or Email Address" field and enter your Username or Email Address.
  • 3- Click the "Password" field and enter your password.
  • 4- Click "Remember Me" to stay logged in.
  • 5- Click the "LOG IN" button.

2- How to update or edit your profile.

1- Navigate to https://everlastportal.com/

2- Click the “Profile” image.

3- Click “My profile” from the menu

4- Click “Profile” Tap and click “View”

5- check your information

6- Click “Edit” to edit your information 

7- Click this text field to update or edit the information.

8- Click “SAVE CHANGES”.

9- Click “Change Profile Photo” to change profile photo

10- Click the “Select your File” field and choose image.

11- crop the image to fit your needs

12- Click “CROP IMAGE”

13- Click “Delete” if you want to change image

14- Click “DELETE MY PROFILE PHOTO”

15- Click “Change Cover Image” 

16- Click the “Select your File” field and choose image.

17-  crop the image to fit your needs

18- Click “DELETE MY COVER IMAGE” if you want to change image

3 - How to activate notifications.

1- Navigate to https://everlastportal.com/

2- Click on the lock icon.

3- Click on site settings and it will take you to a new tap.

4- Click the dropdown menu for notifications and choose Allow.

5- Return to the portal and the browser will ask you to reload the page.

7- Click on the lock icon to check that notifications are active.
